OUR VISION STATEMENT
We don't think we've seen the end of health.
The Well Being Journal is dedicated to publishing research that attests to well being: to the integrity of medicine that includes physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of health and healing. The Journal has published, since 1992, new research substantiating the role in health of good nutrition and nutritional supplements, traditional medicines, such as herbal, and the use of intent to heal, also called energy medicine and spiritual healing; also, housed in our archives, are many personal stories of hope written by individuals who have healed from cancer, heart disease, arthritis and more by using a variety of natural healing methods.
It seems we are all continuoulsy correcting our health path just as a pilot constantly corrects flight paths with an aircraft as it sails through the atmosphere. A salient issue is: "What would we be like and what would we do if we were totally healthy?" What can we do to realign to health when we feel disease? We see the healthiest among us as being those who ask most about health and have a desire to experience more of it.

Martha Miners has a background in language studies (B.A. Brescia College, Spanish and French 1972). She worked in the early 80s as a personal secretary for a pediatric cardiologist and later as a personal assistant to a personal growth counselor and educator. She came to add her skills to publishing the Journal in 1998 after she heard her husband Scott one day say, "It's too much for me to do anymore. I am going to sell it." Determined to keep the Journal in the family, she stepped in to build and manage the departments of subscription fulfillment, magazine distribution, and accounting. She also serves on the editorial advisory committee. With a passionate interest in holistic health, she also contributes her philosophy of proactive self-care and a desire to share the abundant knowledge of well being that is available to all of us for the asking.
Renae Margolin joined the Journal staff in January of 2007. She has a background in computer studies (Associate of Applied Science, Western Nevada College (WNC) as well as a certificate of achievement for medical front office training from WNC. She works in the subscription and distribution department, serving customers who call or use our website to purchase issues of the Journal, subscriptions or rebounders. All other co-creators of each issue of the Journal work as independent contractors or as volunteers.
